Just watched a cool video of an EV retrofit kit. Cool because it's "as easy as changing your brake pads" with a target cost of "$3,000 out-the-door".

One way or another, it appears that the demarcation box for the entire neighborhood's telephone service started on fire. Attempted copper theft?

At home, we're busy considering various Kindergarten options for Hazel.
